Amazing Butterflies in London
From April 5 - August 18, 2008, the London Natural History Museum will host an exhibit fully dedicated to butterflies called: "Amazing Butterflies".
This exhibit lets visitors explore butterfly life cycles and was specifically scheduled between April and September when butterflies are born and grow.
The exhibit begins with "survival" in a maze where each visitor plays the part of a caterpillar that has to escape predators and poisonous plants to become a butterfly and finish the visit. The tour continues in the butterfly house where magnificent species from all over the world flutter around.
The event is designed for all ages and is especially popular with families. The exhibition is divided in three large sections: the maze, the butterfly house and butterfly garden.
